Condition is VG+: aside from heavy foxing to all outside pages edges, it is completely very clean, binding strong & straight, pages creamy white & completely unmarked. Corners crisp. The unclipped DJ is VG-, with a tad of spine fading & light chipping & creasing to all extremities; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover Free!
