Gilt blocked title to spine. No Jacket. viii + 275 + 4 (adverts), ""with numerous engravings"" (78) and frontispiece. These illustrations include views and charmingly dressed children in beach scenes, etc. 16mo. Book Condition: Good. Slight bumping to head & tail of spine and corners, with some pages a trifle grubby from handling. Lower board has some old red ink stains. Extra shipping needed outside the UK.

Not dated, Viiipp + 275pp + 4pp other publications list, numerous engravings, engraved frontispiece, embossed green boards, gilt decoration to front, gilt decoration and titles to spine. The book is in good condition, with the covers a little discoloured and worn, light yellowing and foxing to the first and last few pages, a previous owner s name on the front endpaper, and a bookbinder s stamp on the rear endpaper. This book covers marine life seen from the sea-shore.
