Signed by the author on fly leaf. Personal inscription to original owner on next leaf. Wrapper has a little shelf wear. Top and bottom a little chipping to the spine but only a couple of tiny bits of loss. The spine of the wrapper has some small scrapes where the surface of the paper has been rubbed off, along with a couple of small patches on the back of the wrapper. Insect damage? and is a little sunned. A few spots. Other imperfections minor. A little discolouring to bottom of spine and bottom edges on the cover of the hardback. Spine a little sunned. Corners a little bumped. Edges a little browned, top edges have some dust discolouration and a few brown spots. Other imperfections more minor. INCLUDED WITH THE BOOK IS A LETTER FROM THE INSCRIBER TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER, BOTH OF WHOM WERE MEMBERS OF THEAUSTRALIAN LIGHT HORSEMEN. ALSO A BOOKMARK OF THE ROYAL LIFESAVING CLUB. PLEASE SEE SCANS. A nice copy of this scarce title.
