A broken set of three matching trade paperback "episode guides" for the spooky (and popular) TV series at one price. Two of the three have vertical striations to the lamination of the wraps, apparently as made; grade them all "very good" though none show any reading creases. The first, by Brian Lowry, a first printing from 1996, ISBN 0-06-105353-8, shows Mulder & Scully in B&W to the glossy front wrap. On the other two covers, the TV stars appear in full color. "I Want to Believe," ISBN 0-06-105386-4, a first printing from March 1998, is MISSING THE POSTER, which was designed to be torn out (and has indeed been torn out) inside rear wrap. Both our second and our third volume of this broken set, the third being "Resist Or Serve," a first printing from January 1999, are by Andy Meisler. Totaling 263, 303, and 288 pp. including Appendices, the group of three volumes now reduced from $17.
