Octavo (16 x 10cm), pp.238 [2]. Softcover in pictorial card wrappers, priced 3/6 to upper cover. Minor wear, toned to extremities as expected. Near fine. Following the exported printings "this is the first printing officially intended for sale in the UK" -Gilbert, pages 372-3. Gilbert A11a (21.1).

Publisher's burgundy cloth in photographic dust-wrapper featuring colour stills from the 1962 film 'Dr. No'. Contents clean, ink owner name, later pencil ownership of Jon Gilbert. Near fine, in similar jacket. With individual illustrated title pages, this represents the first illustrated omnibus. Gilbert E5a(1).

Cloth-backed blue paper-covered boards, decorated in gilt to the spine, ochre top edge and endpapers, illustrated jacket priced at $4.50. Contents clean, no inscriptions, jacket is used, with some spots to spine, large chip at crown (although presentable in a paper-backed sleeve), sunned to cloth beneath at area of loss. Very good. These later printings are far less common than the first [Gilbert]. Basis for the 1969 film starring George Lazenby. Gilbert A11b (5).

One of a selection of titles by Ian Fleming, uniformly cased in harlequin colours, comprising sheets from the Ian Fleming Centenary Edition in an elegant new hardback binding for 2022. 007's second showdown with Blofeld, and the only Bond adventure set during the festive season.
