Front and back cover sound but rather heavily worn around edges. Marbled endpapers preserved. Contents sound with chipping along fore-edge on some leaves and mostly minor foxing. Lacks a final unnumbered leaf containing an order to print. Translated from the original French edition of 1648 which was titled "Discours politiques des roys."
