First Edition Library, Shelton, CT. Facsimile first edition of the Alfred A. Knopf first edition, first printing, from 1934. This copy is one of the First Edition Library copies printed in the 1980s-1990's. Book is housed in a First Edition Library slipcase with the DJ present and the information card present as well. Book is fine. DJ is near fine with a touch of minor wear on DJ spine, (barely.) Slipcase is about fine with a minor push (barely) at shoulder, and light rub to slipcase spine. Information card is fine. One of the more difficult titles to track down in the First Edition Library series. The First Edition Library has become a popular set for collectors, thanks to their limited print run, and high quality production.
