Later state dj. Translated by Richard Graves. Introduction by Peter Fleming. With double-page map and 45 photographs. Signed by Harrer on the front endpaper, "with kindest regards" (to no one), and also signed in Tibetan script. Harrer was a noted Austrian mountain climber who managed to escape a British internment camp in India during World War II.
