Signed. 39th printing, 1980, for A Wrinkle in Time. 3rd printing, 1979, for A Swiftly Tilting Planet. 8th printing, 1979, for A Wind in the Door. Personally inscribe and SIGNED by L'Engle on the front free endpaper of A Wrinkle in Time: "for Carlotta - / best wishes for / successful tessering- / Madeleine L'Engle." Slipcase shows minor shelfwear and tear, rubbing. Dust jackets show minor wear and creasing. Pages are clean.
All three volumes inscribed and signed by Madeleine L'Engle on the free front end papers. "A Wrinkle in Time" in NF- condition with one dogeared page, and light shelf and edge wear; jacket VG+ to NF- with edge wear to head and foot of spine, and light scratching and creasing. "A Swiftly Tilting Planet" in NF- condition with light edge wear to head and foot of backstrap and faint soiling on top and outer edge. Barely discernible evidence of moisture at foot of spine- found it due to the inside of the jacket. Jacket VG due to moisture stain at foot of spine 3/8" high off the bottom edge- about 2 1/2" long, centering on the spine. Otherwise, just some minor edge wear. "A Wind in the Door" in NF condition with edge wear to top corners and head and foot of the backstrap. Very faint evidence of water damage to outer foot of backstrap- mainly in a slight lightening of the black dye on the cloth. Jacket has almost identical water stain in the same spot as "A Swiftly Tilting Planet"; otherwise would be Fine. The slipcase itself is still solid, though the front edges are damaged near the top, and there is cracking of the exterior finish along the bottom back edge. Plus the standard rubbing and light scratching.

No other writing, marks, etc. --very nice. The dust jacket has a little wear to caps and corners and some light soil and small stain to back panel. Price is intact on flap. Please see photos.
