Third printing of the US edition, very good in a very good dust jacket. Dark green cloth with gilt lettering on the spine. Owner name, date, and place on front endpaper; a few pencil notes on rear endpaper. One of the full page illustrations was miscut by the binder, and extends slightly beyond the page edges.
