Sub-titled 'The Development of the Modern Yacht'. The author was a Naval Architect and Journalist, and is always very readable. The book was meant to be an update to the publisher's earlier work by Keble Chatterton, 'Fore and Aft' published in 1912, and the author admits to 'putting his sickle into other men's corn.' This is a good clean tight copy. The dust jacket has several tears with some losses. 287 p.
