8vo. Uniformly bound in ribbed green cloth over boards with gilt lettering and blind-stamped ornaments to the front boards, and spines. Photographic frontispieces to all three volumes, two plates, and one large fold-out map affixed to Vol. 3 (remarkably well-preserved with no signs of tears, or damage). No detectable flaws to the extremities of any of the volumes, touch of foxing to the margins of the title page of Vol. 2 only. Internally, pages remain bright, clean, and unmarked with tight, sound bindings across all volumes. Near fine.
