First editions of one of the most successful recent publications from the Folio Society. All three volumes have been several times re-issued individually and again as a 'boxed set' in 1993. Crisp set of Sassoon's 'fictitious' autobiography (first published 1928-30-36) in which his story is told by 'George Sherston'. The acclaimed trilogy was later published in a single volume as 'The Complete Memoirs of George Sherston' (1937) and subsequently complemented by further volumes of autobiography in his own name.
