Internally Solid and tight. There are a number of marking in the book. First on the title page 'see page 229'; on the contents page 'page 229 "Velmore" Vivian. On page 229 'Read this chapter 'Velmore' is my sone Vivian - He is second in command in the company and is under Sassoon, who commands the co. He is nicknamed 'Velmore because he lives on Velmore Rd. Throughout the chapter there are underlinings when Velmore is mentioned. I have been unable to find any trace of Vivian in relation to 'Velmore' or the book, however I do not doubt that the iscriptions are by the father of 'Velmore' (000168)
The book is internally very good with a little browning, binding firm , cover bright , some staining to the top edge of the textblock. The (clipped) dj is sound subject to the spine being significantly sunned with wear to the extremities.Pics available Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall
