These first edition Little Golden Books all have the ORIGINAL PAPER BOOK JACKETS. The Lively Little Rabbit jacket is in excellent condition with only a small tear. The Book of Birds jacket has small, but obvious corner tears.Poky Little Puppy jacket has corner tears a bottom creases. All jackets are totally in tact with beautiful color illustrations exactly as those on the book itself. Inside are informative blurbs and encouragement to "buy war bonds". Inside all books clean, bright, no rips or tears -- appear unread. They are full of color illustrations by America's preeminent children's book artists of the twentieth century.
