DJ white background has some smudges and very slightly browned overall, b/w photo of O'Neill with light brown illustration of house on front, praise on back from Saturday Review, New York Times Book Review, Eric Bentley and others. DJ has 1/2" tear down top front bookfold edge, two micronicks along top front edge, very tiny tear at bottom front edge near spine, and spine bottom left edge plus top back edge, 1/4" tear and tiny tear at bottom back edge with creases. DJ and book, just Near Good.
The dustjacket is in poor repair, and there is mould on the reverse and on the covers and spine of the book. The binding has partly given way. Nevertheless, the text is highly readable.
