Volume one is a new edition, 1938, volume two is a reprint, 1935 and volume three is a second impression, 1933. They have clearly all started life together, a matched set. A lovely set, all cloth bindings near fine apart for one one two very light marks. Dustwrapper of volume one has a very tiny hole to the bottom of front panel and the spine is very slightly darkened, some very light marking to dustwrappers and some very light rubbing to edges, else a superb clean bright and crisp set. Dustwrappers not price clipped. Unusual condition for a pre-war set.
