The boards are a touch warped, and are shelf rubbed, edge worn and marked, with some light tearing and fraying along the top and bottom edges of the spine. Despite this, the boards are strong and square, with gold gilt on the front and spine. Internally, the end pages are slightly tanned, but there are no other markings or inscriptions, and the pages within are crisp, clean and complete. The binding is secure.
