Ivory vellum-finish boards stamped in gilt; all edges gilt. About 3 inches tall by 2.25 inches across. The jacket design consists of authentic copies of the title heading of the First Folio edition of Shakespeare s plays and of a contemporary issue of the play. The portrait of William Shakespeare in the background is a reproduction of the Martin Droeshout engraving as it appeared in the First Folio. No marks or writing in book. Vintage price sticker from The Higbee Co. adhered to rear flap of the dust jacket, lending Cleveland Ohio provenance. The top edge of the jacket over the head of the spine has some wear. Otherwise a Fine condition miniature book.
