This first edition British hard copy has signs that it was well-read. The spine is partially torn and the dust jacket has a tear and signs of wear and tear. Also, the previous owner's name is written inside, pages are slightly tanned, and there's a barcode sticker in the back. Otherwise all pages are present and book is acceptable.

Pictorial laminated boards. Dustwrapper repeats cover design. First printing of the first edition (has the "Eleven O.W.L. s" misprint on page 99). Dustwrapper worn and creased, with a repaired tear on front panel. Minor wear to edges of covers. A little soiling to edges of page block. Contents generally VG.
