New York: Crown Publishing Group, 2011. First printing. Hardback. Fair/very good. Black hardcover 1st edition, 1st printing EX LIBRARY in dustjacket. Book is in fair condition, but 1st state dustjacket is very good, having been protected in brodart by the library. Book Condition Notes: Library stamp to the top textblock edge, along with a withdrawn stamp, and an RFID tag to the front pastedown appear to be the only library markings. Bending to the corners and crimping and wear at the spine tips. But the worst damage is the damp warble to the textblock, visible in the photos. Notation in pen to the rear free endpaper appears to be the only writing. Dustjacket condition: Original $24 price intact on the front flap and "Crown Publishers New York 8/11" on the rear flap indicating the first state dustjacket without the bestseller blurb to the front panel. A very good dustjacket with crimping at the tips of the spine panel and a little bending at the rear flap, clean and bright. Cline's runaway bestseller in its true first printing form. Unfortunate ex library condition for the book, but still highly collectible. 374 pp. Rick's Books
The true first from 2011. 1-10 number line plus states first edition. A beauty, possibly unread. Mild nudge at head of spine. Stock pic at left shows a later state jacket.
