Original printed translucent dustwrapper is very good+ with slightly rubbing, one almost unvisible small white dot in the upper area of the front panel and miniscule creasing at top of spine of dw. 1992 Alfred A Knopf hardcover stated First Edition, first printing. The book is unread and in very good condition. There is some rubbing to the acetate dustjacket which has been price-clipped else good condition. This is a scarce variant printing of the first edition. The book and jacket are about 0.5cm shorter than the more common printing and the boards are glossy instead of matt with a 1.5cm black border extending around the cover image.
