Condition is Near Fine: exceptionally clean & bright, binding strong & straight, hinges secure, pages creamy white & completely unmarked. Exterior shows very mild rubbing to extremities & a hint of corner bumping. The price-clipped DJ is also clean & colorful, but downgraded to Good due to a few short, unclosed tears & minor chipping/creasing to upper edges & both ends of spine; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover free!
