HARDBACK. 1999. 24th impression - published in the same year and in the same format as the first edition. A very good, clean, tight copy in like jacket. Some light entirely normal age toning to the pages. The tail of the spine bumped with some light associated creasing to the overlying jacket. The jacket has not been price-clipped and has some light fairly uniform fading to the spine. A very good, clean, tight early impression copy.

A lovely, fresh, clean, tight very well preserved copy in similar jacket. It has never been read. Sold to me over twelve years ago by a book distributor/seller who deliberately kept it by. I too have been maturing it like a fine wine... A wonderfully bright copy. No fading to the jacket. Perhaps the slightest of bumps to the leading edge of the lower front board. The jacket has obviously not been price-clipped (£10.99). A super, fresh, clean, tight and bright well preserved first impression, second state copy that has never been read.
