Uncorrected proof copy. In a black soft cover with pink and white titles to spine and front. No dust jacket. 374 pp. The book is in very good condition with just very minor shelf-wear to the extremities of the cover. The efep is slightly damaged and marked, otherwise the pages are clean and unmarked.
