This is a very nice copy of the first printing of this modern classic and National Book Award winning novel of the Civil War, a highly sought-after collectible that had an initial print run of 25, 000 copies. that is surprisingly difficult to find in the first edition, first printing. Recently made into an excellent movie starring Nicole Kidman. Light wear to spine ends and corners, dj price-clipped, light crease to inside front flap.
