Also included is a program for the Jalonick Memorial Distinguished Lecture Series, held at the McDermott Library Auditorium in Dallas, dated July 10, 2004 featuring Glines as speaker. The program is also signed by the author. 258 pages, text and photos. Re-issue of the author's book first published in 1988.
