Additional signature from President Ford below inscription. Jerry terHorst (1922-2010) was the White House Press Secretary during the first month of the Ford Administration and a longtime friend of Gerald R. Ford. He resigned in light of Ford's pardon of President Nixon and quickly authored this book on the new president.
