First U.K. edition, hardcover, has very slight bow to boards, slight bumps to spine ends, foxing to outer and base edges of text block, some small light spots of staining to some of the final pages of text block, and previous owner's plate to front pastedown, otherwise a solid, bright Near VG copy in like dust jacket which has bumps with shallow chips to spine ends and corners, light edgewear with some small chips and tears, light sunning to spine, and faint rubbing.
