Front Bookcase: An undated Arlington Classic edition of Hawthorne's American history for children told by following a chair as it is passed from generation to generation,The book is intact but the binding is prety loose.

Wraps scuffed, chipped and stained. Fep detatched, but present. Pages are tanned and brittle, no markings in text. Size: 8vo - 7¾" - 9¾" Tall

No date listed, circa 1896; stated Arlington Edition. Hardcover is worn on the edges and corners of covers and spine. Binding is starting to loosen in several sections. Several pages have been drawn on by a child, mostly using crayons with a few markers. Previous store's stamp is on the front fly page. Pages are tanned with age. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 191 pages

Publication date not stated but circa late 1800's. Previous owner's name on front flyleaf has date 1890-1891. Green cloth covers with decorative front cover with gilt rectangle decoration. Tight binding. Bumping and rubbing of head and tail of spine and corners. Foxing on title page and flyleaf. Pages 78-79 are stained due to pressed plants but still legible. Foxing on fore-edge. Moderate shelf wear. Circular stain on rear cover. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall
