Heinemann, 1967, first edition. Some foxing to endpapers, Two inscriptions from previous owners (one mine - sorry). No dustwrapper. Some fantastic tactical diagrams. I love this sort of book, a glimpse into how they did it back in the day, though it is also possible that this is still the FA's standard training manual...

First published in 1967, this is the second reprint. The green cloth boards are lovely and fresh looking as is the crisp gilt title lettering on the spine. There are no obvious knocks or bumps and the book looks to have been hardly read. The pages are nice and clean throughout and there are no owner inscriptions or marks. The dust jacket is bright, clean and not price clipped. There doesn't appear to be any obvious sun fading either. That said, there is a little toning to the white border areas, some light edge wear, and a light scuff along the length of the front cover towards the fore edge. A supr copy in all.
