1976. Hardback. Good. 1979 Second Impression. Good condition. There are scuffs to the edges and corners of the cover as well as some light scuffs to the faces. There are marks to the page edges and a tear to the bottom corner of the copyright page. Otherwise in very good condition with pages crisp and clean.

De-Luxe Edition. The George Allen De-Luxe Edition, printed for the Folio Society. This is in the brown quarter leather binding, with brown open weave cloth sides (not red as in the later edition). In slip-case. Couple of very light scuff marks to spine, else fine, in a slipcase which is fine apart from slight wear on bottom edge and at the rear corner. Scans available on request.
