Elements: A troubled teen discovers she has obtained ancient powers.

Just before graduation from Case Western Reserve University, Andrew Farrell was told by his advisor, “I don’t get it, I don’t’ see you as a computer jock. You are a people person with an imagination!” Andrew spent the next eighteen years in industry, mainly military and commercial aviation, but wrote privately. He excelled in his work receiving numerous awards due to his people skills. Andrew then became involved in educational outreach work that pushed the envelope of his creativity including the development of educational coloring books with the A2 character developed by William Bell. This work helped Andrew understand another calling and eight years ago he left industry to enter education as a teacher. As a result of his time teaching, Andrew felt a calling to write a story that would grab the attention of all students, contain material that each student could call their own, and modern themes for students to discuss.
