Worn and rubbed 3/4 leather, front board loose at the bottom crease of the spine, wear along the edges, worn mabled paper on boards (with matching endpages) , gilt decorations and titling on the spine are faded, marbled edges, corners bumped and worn, previous owner's bookplate on the back of the front board, foxing throughout the text, fold-out table, no map or frontispiece, two volumes bound in one. . .
