1894. BROWNING, Robert. THE POETICAL WORKS OF ROBERT BROWNING. New York: Macmillan and Co., 1894. 9 volumes, complete. Small octavo, 17 x 11.5 cm. Attractively bound by C. Walters in three-quarter red morocco with red cloth sides, gilt lettering and quadruple-ruled frames in compartments on spine, marbled endpapers, t.e.g. Internally clean. Bindings show minor shelfwear and occasional light soiling, with slightly darkened spines. A handsome and very good set overall.
