Condition of book and jacket consistent with being as new and not read. No other discernible or objectionable faults on book or jacket such as marks or writing within, stains, tears, chips, or other damage that would diminish its appearance. Signed in medium thick black felt pen on the title page by the author, above his printed name; done in my presence on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at the Saint Louis County (MO) library headquarters; he was there to talk about his most recent book, "The Quartet".
