1980 Houghton Mifflin FIRST edition/ FIRST Printing of Conroy's 4th book. This copy is in NF/NF condition. The HB is very clean and tight as is the unclipped DJ.

Inscribed by Pat Conroy to a fellow Citadel graduate on the front free endpaper. First Edition, First Printing. Dust jacket and book are in very good condition with only light wear. Dust jacket price not clipped. Clean, has a good binding, no marks or notations.

Dust jacket is wrapped in a mylar covering, price is uncut "$12.95", has mild shelving wear, mild wear along the extremities, stains on the covers, and bending wear along the front cover flap head corner. Boards have mild age-toning along the head and tail edges, mild wear along the extremities, and bending along the head and tail edges. Textblock has pencil markings on the front end-page, mild age-toning along the edges, mild wear along the edges, and light foxing. Signed flat by Pat Conroy on title page. DL consignment.
