This is the hardcover stated S&S First Edition from 1993. Other than a page split pp.318-319 could use a bit of reinforcement (fully intact! ), both the c-o-o-l embossed dj and the book are in excellent condition. Binder's error with cloth askew, board papers askew, and end-pages and pastedowns askew. Boards have mild wear along the head and tail edges and front board is misaligned.
