Tight hardcover in very good condition. 12mo 959pp. Red textured leather boards & backstrip with ornate designs, lettering, & borders on the backstrip. Thirty-nine black & white illustrations at frontispiece and within text by 'Phiz'. The tops of the pages are gilded. Blue endpapers with white illustrations of Dickens characters and fancy circular logo in the center. Original ribbon bookmark still attached. This book is very tight.
