Creased along spine, bumped with fraying corners, wear along all board edges. Broken gutter at title page; VOL. II-384 pgs. Has same issues as Vol. I but no brken gutter; VOL. III-384 pages with an Index. Has wear but no fraying at corners but only at ends of spine. Spine appears as if sunned and the green cloth is a lighter color than the first two volumes. This volume has a fold-out map on p. 161. A light rectangle and line are even lighter on front cover.
